NEW YORK CITY-The boutique bankruptcy firm, Klestadt & Winters is doubling its space in New York City. The law firm has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Silverstein Properties for 8,870 square feet of space just off Times Square. The asking rent was $38 per square foot.

The firm will move from 292 Madison Avenue to the 21-story building to occupy the 17th floor. The landlord represented itself in the deal while the tenant was represented by Studley. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
