SHERMAN OAKS, CA-Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, Inc., a commercial realty company, has hired Jeff McGuire as principal to look after the sales of medium-sized, multi-housing assets across Southern California. Previously, he served as senior investment advisor at ReMax Commercial.
The firm has also appointed Lloyd R. Wertheimer as associate vice president concentrating in office leasing and sales. Early in his career, he was involved in the leasing and sale of retail, office and industrial assets at Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.
