NEW YORK CITY-The designer boutique of Kardashian clan, "K." DASH will open at 119 Spring Street on October 16, 2010. The firm leased the space, which includes 2,000 square feet on the ground floor and 1,000 square feet in the basement with 18-foot long street facade, for an undisclosed rent.
In the deal, Northwest Atlantic Real Estate Services represented the tenant, while Robert K. Futterman & Associates represented the owner, 119 Spring Street Co. LLC. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
