SAN DIEGO-Two real estate firms, ST Residential and Intracorp Cos. have teamed up to sell residential units in San Diego and Marina del Rey. In San Diego, the firms will sell 58 units of Metro Lofts, a cluster of five communities located in the Little Italy's art/design district and the East Village/Petco Park neighborhoods of San Diego.
