WOODLAND HILLS, CA-Regency Centers LP has completed three retail leases at its El Camino Shopping Center located at 23351 Mulholland Dr. in Woodland Hills. A Thai restaurant, Thaichaba has signed a long-term lease for 1,328 square feet of space for $640,000 and Mulholland Cosmetic Dental has leased 1,065 square feet of space for above $500,000 for 10 years.
