OCALA, FL-Konover South, LLC, a Deerfield Beach-based firm, has inked lease agreements for its 92,000 square-foot Park View Commons retail complex with three new tenants. The construction of the complex is slated to begin in November 2010 and is expected to be completed by November 2011.
The center is located in Ocala between SE 24th Street and Maricamp Road. Ace Hardware has leased 10,000 square feet of space, while Miyako Japanese Steakhouse restaurant and Zhang Garden Chinese restaurant have leased 3,500 square feet and 1,400 square feet, respectively.
