
INDIANAPOLIS-The Visiting Nurse Service, an Indianapolis-based healthcare service provider, has announced plans to begin construction on a 35-unit residential complex located close to 4700 block of Keystone Avenue on October 25, 2010, for senior citizens with low income.
The two-story, $4 million project named the Penwood Place will feature one- to two-bedroom apartments in which 13 units will have two bedrooms. It will also have an examining space and a wellness center. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
