DALLAS-Associated Estates Realty Corp., a Richmond Heights, OH-based real property investment trust, has assumed control over San Raphael, a 222-unit class A apartment complex situated close to the Galleria in Addison.
Associated Estates has not disclosed the transaction amount of the 11-year old property but has revealed that the average monthly rent in the apartment complex was $1,003 per unit.
