MINNETONKA, MN-At Home Apartments, a St. Paul-based firm, has purchased a portion of a high-end townhouse and apartment complex named Chasewood Gates at 6100 Chasewood Parkway in Minnetonka for about $22.7 million.
According to the deal, the buyer has acquired two apartment towers with 162 units and 44 townhouses. The Bloomington office of CB Richard Ellis completed the deal on October 5, 2010.
