BUCKHEAD, GA-The Connor Group, the owner and operator of over 16,000 residential units based in Centerville, has acquired a 240-unit, high-end apartment complex named the Brookwood Valley Apartments in the Buckhead district of Atlanta for $17.25 million, which translates into $71,900 per unit.
