NEW YORK CITY-Palantir Technologies, a San Jose-based software firm, has become the first tenant of a five-story tower located at 15 Little W. 12th St. by leasing the entire top floor of the building measuring 13,335 square feet.
Taconic Investment Partners and Square Mile Capital are the owners of the 82,000-square-foot building. In the deal, Newmark Knight Frank represented both the tenant and the owners. For the full story, go to New York Post.
