ANNAPOLIS, MD-Sturbridge Homes, a home builder based in Annapolis, is preparing to sell condo units at GrandView at Annapolis Towne Centre during an auction on November 14. The asking price for the units will be 70% less than the original price.

Nearly 29 units of the 150-unit condominium building have already been sold. Sheldon Good & Co. will auction 30 of Sturbridge's unsold units.
