TAMPA, FL-Cushman & Wakefield has added Philip Glassman and Jason Donald, two retail real estate property specialists, to its Tampa Retail Services Group as directors. Glassman has over 20 years of experience in The Villages and the Ocala market.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was handling the sales and marketing field for Security Land Holding Co. In his new role, Glassman will concentrate on retail brokerage.
