NEW YORK CITY-District 36, a new dance music club, will be opening in a triplex space measuring 14,800 square feet near Herald Square at 29 W. 36th St. on October 22. The club has inked a lease for 10 years with Broadway 36th Realty for 6,000 square feet. The asking rent was $75 per square foot.
