NEW YORK CITY-The International Planned Parenthood Federation-Western Hemisphere is moving from a 19,000-square-foot portion located at 120 Wall St. to 125 Maiden Lane. The group has purchased a 26,000-square-foot office condo for $9,003,572 or about $300 per square foot from New York-based Empire State Development Corp.
