NEW YORK CITY-The 175,000-square-foot office building located at 216-218 W. 18th St. in Chelsea is getting closer to a possession resolution. An Israeli group has made a contract for the $48 million note on the building at a 7% discount. Harch Group's Harry Jeremias purchased the property in April 2007 for $50 million.
The note on the building was marketed by Cushman & Wakefield for Bank of America. Stephen Meister represented the Harch Group in the transaction.For the full story, go to New York Post.
