
NEW YORK CITY-The New York City Police Pension Fund has renewed its lease agreement for 20 years with Witkoff Group for 56,196 square feet in the Woolworth Building situated at 233 Broadway. The group has occupied the 19th and 20th floors of the skyscraper. The asking rent was $36 per square foot.
Brian Waterman, Daniel Madison, John Moran III and Lance Korman of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant while Witkoff Group represented itself in the transaction. For the full story, go to New York Post.
