BUFFALO-The development group, which had planned to venture on the $50-million project in Larkin District, has officially acquired the building. Seneca Larkin 701 LLC headed by Gordon Reger has bought a warehouse measuring 1.2 million square feet located at 701 Seneca Street for $3.1 million from Seneca Industrial Associates.
Reger's Seneca Exchange Larkin Partners is also planning to purchase the adjacent four-story building, which measures 120,000 square feet. Preliminary work on the dual projects will begin this fall. For the full story, go to Business First of Buffalo.
