NEW YORK CITY-A 60-story tower with 214-key hotel and 184 condominiums is all set to open on November 1, 2010 at East 36th Street. Bizzi & Partners Development, an Italy-based firm, is the developer of Setai Fifth Avenue building.
The market prices of one-bedroom condominiums in the tower start from $1.7 million and that of penthouses are from $17 million. About 50% of the condominiums have been sold so far for prices from $2,000 per square foot to $2,300 per square foot. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
