BELLEVUE, WA-Developer Schnitzer West has announced plans to convert the second of the two-tower, 33-story Bravern complex in downtown Bellevue from condominiums to apartments. The conversion of the first tower had taken place in April.

The first, 236-unit southern tower is about 65% occupied. The starting rent for the second, 215-unit northern tower is $1,550. The complex also features a 305,000-square-foot high-end retail center and two office buildings. Des Moines-based Principal Real Estate Investors has bought the office towers for $410 million last month. For the full story, go to Seattle Times.
