
ORLANDO-Healthcare Trust of America, Inc., a REIT, has acquired a 105,000-square-foot portfolio of two Class A medical towers in Oviedo and Orlando for nearly $18,300,000.
The portfolio is 98% occupied and 2,200-bed Florida Hospital, a unit of Adventist Health System, is the largest tenant, which occupies 50% of the towers.
