JACKSONVILLE, FL-Two new merchants have leased retail space at Shoppes, an 119,376-square-foot building, at Bartram Park in Jacksonville from Regency Centers.
GNC has leased a 1,403-square-foot retail space and Five Guys has leased a 3,200-square-foot space at Shoppes situated at the crossway of Bartram Park and Old St. Augustine. Stanton Hudmon of Pine Street/RPS, LLC represented GNC and Drew Margol of Margol Commercial Real Estate Services represented Five Guys in the transaction.
