DETROIT-Wellesley Gardens Phase II situated in Pittsfield Township will be put up for sale in an auction that extends from October 26 to 28. Since no one offered a price of $1.2 million in the September bid, this time the bidding amount for the development will start at $7,350.
The condominium development was abandoned two years ago by the developer. Among the planned 427 lots, only 218 condos have been developed. Washtenaw County is putting the land again for bid. For the full story, go to The Detroit Free Press.
