IRVINE, CA-Conexant Systems Inc. and Koll Co. are moving ahead with their plans to get the city's approval for about 1,500 homes and apartments in Irvine. They are seeking approval for turning nearly 38 acres of land near Von Karman Avenue and Jamboree Road into a residential development.
Conexant has plans for building 1,244 homes on a 25-acre land along Jamboree Road while Koll is planning to construct nearly 260 homes on 12.7 acres of space along Birch Street. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
