
DAYTONA BEACH, FL-The state of Florida has completed a 19,200-square-foot lease for the Department of Revenue at the Mason Commerce Center, a 30,000-square-foot tower situated in the Gateway Center in Daytona Beach at the junction of Williamson Boulevard and Mason Avenue. Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. negotiated the deal.
The tenant will shift to the new location by Q4 2011. Walgreen Co.'s 1,920-square-foot Home Health Care business lease and Volusia Flagler Vascular's 3,840-square-foot lease were the other two new deals. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
