HOUSTON-EnerVest, a privately held oil and gas acquisitions firm, is expanding its headquarters in First City Tower, Houston. The firm has added a total of 117,316 square feet of space in the downtown building located at 1001 Fannin by leasing 36,721 square feet of space.

EnerVest will soon expand into the 10th floor. Colvill Office Properties' Michael Anderson and Chip Colvill represented FC Tower Property Partners, the owner, while Cushman & Wakefield's Tim Relyea represented the tenant in the transaction.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
