HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA-Long Beach-based Modular Wind Energy Inc. is moving to Huntington Beach. The firm has inked a lease agreement for five years for 167,778 square feet of industrial space at 5800 Skylab Road.
Modular Wind Energy will occupy and use the entire building, owned by Dynamic Cooking Systems, for manufacturing and distribution purpose. Clyde Stauff from Colliers International's Irvine office represented the owner and Dillon Dummit and Jeff Shepard from Cresa Partners LLC's Newport Beach office represented the tenant.
