WINTER SPRINGS, FL-A seafood restaurant, Hidden Harbor Raw Bar & Lobster Feast, has leased 3,525 square feet of space at Winter Springs Town Center situated at the crossway of Tuskawilla Road and SR 434. Transwestern settled the deal.
Five tenants occupying 7,145 square feet of space at the center have renewed their lease agreements. Currently, Transwestern is negotiating a deal with the providers of soft goods and service to occupy about 30,000 square feet of space at the 148,000-square-foot center.
