WILDOMAR, CA-San Diego-based general contractor, BSD Builders Inc. has finished the expansion of the Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar, a $24.7 million project extended for 29 months. The center is a unit of the Southwest Healthcare System. Universal Health Services of Rancho Springs Inc. is the owner of the center.

The new facilities included are MRI, radiographic room, a 12,880-square-foot radiology unit, an 11,528-square-foot emergency unit with 23 beds and a 7,274-square-foot intensive care facility with 11 beds. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
