NEW YORK CITY-A rezoning proposal for 75 blocks situated in the central Bronx went through the City Council's land-use-approval procedure. Radame Perez of Bronx-based Mastermind Management Ltd., a firm that has apartments as well as commercial space across New York, has planned to build the Tremont Renaissance, an apartment tower, with commercial space measuring 100,000 square feet on East Tremont Avenue.
