BALTIMORE-Delsey Luggage, a French luggage maker, is moving its headquarters to Hanover. The firm has leased 186,000 square feet at 6090 Dorsey Rd. from Prudential. The luggage maker is merging two buildings at 6725 and 6735 Business Parkway in Elkridge.
