SAN DIEGO-On October 5, the San Diego City Council made a decision to go forward with talks between Connections Housing LP and the city regarding development of a rehabilitation center for the homeless for $34 million. As per the discussion, developers will buy the World Trade Center at Sixth Avenue to provide home for nearly 225 people.
