KISSIMMEE, FL-The Land Sharks has completed two sales transactions in the Orlando market. In the first deal, the firm represented Heritage Park, LLC to sell a 91-unit townhouse development including five existing units, located in Kissimmee to Boggy Rd Properties & Investments GP for $1.25 million.
In the second deal, Land Sharks has negotiated the purchase of a 3.96-acre site at 14806 Narcoossee Road in Orlando on behalf of Enrique Ramos from Pinnacle Bank for $700,000. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
