NEW YORK CITY-Sunburst Advisers, the leasing agent for 483 10th Avenue building, has completed five new leases totaling 14,176 square feet within a period of two months. All the new leases were for above five-year term and the asking rent was $35 per square foot.

Gourmet Attitude, Montesquieu, the Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation, Yotel and AQ Kafe were the tenants. With these leases, the 10th Avenue Holdings owned building is over 94% occupied. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
