TALLAHASSEE, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of a self-storage facility measuring 93,135 square feet in Tallahassee. A Texas-based limited liability company has purchased the Tallahassee Self Storage property, which sits on a 6.0-acre land at 5086 Tennessee Capital Blvd., for $4.2 million from a Florida-based developer.
