BALTIMORE-Two more tenants have inked leases at The Offices at McHenry Row, the first phase of the mixed-use project named McHenry Row worth $117 million, which is located in the Locust Point neighborhood of Baltimore.
Continental Title Group has leased over 5,000 square feet, while Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin Realty has leased over 2,500 square feet. They are the units of the Strata Group and both will shift to McHenry Row in the beginning of 2011. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun.
