INDIANAPOLIS-Two developers have proposed plans to convert the Bush Stadium Park in Indianapolis into living buildings. John Watson has proposed a $25-million plan, which will have a three-story building with a 92-vehicle parking lot in the first floor and 118 loft apartments in the remaining floors.

 

Ryan Fitzpatrick has proposed a plan to convert the stadium into a business and technology park and the price estimate varies between $19 million and $80 million, which will feature tours, office space, public exhibits and a restaurant. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
