CHICAGO-The previous owners of Seigle's Inc. are planning to construct two warehouses measuring 150,000 square feet on the nine-acre property located at 977 W. Cermak Rd. in Pilsen. On Thursday, a venture lead by Harry Seigle will approach the Chicago Plan Commission regarding a zoning change for the Pilsen property.
The proposed plan would allow Mr. Seigle to construct 110 parking spaces and two buildings. Mr. Seigle figures that the construction would not start until 2013. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
