NEW YORK CITY-Taylor and Francis Group, a publishing firm, has leased a 32,800 square feet of space on the eighth floor of the 500,000-square-foot, 20-story tower located at 711 Third Avenue. The lease runs for 11 years and the asking rent was hovering around $40 per square foot.
