AURORA, IL-Austin, TX-based Temple-Inland Inc. has purchased an industrial building measuring 350,000 square feet in Aurora for $14 million from St. Paul, MN-based Space Center Inc. The packaging expert is planning to use the facility as a corrugated box factory.
Space Center bought the building, which was built in 1998, for $12.34 million. Temple-Inland has plans to increase the office space to 14,500 square feet in the building. NAI Hiffman's Irv Malik represented the buyer in the transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
