NEW YORK CITY-Thales Transport Security, a subsidiary of Thales Group, is setting up a new office on Madison Avenue. The firm has inked a lease for seven years with SL Green for 10,000 square feet of space at 317 Madison Ave. The asking rent for the space was $45 per square foot.
