
NEW YORK CITY-Topps Company, a producer and distributor of baseball trading cards, has extended its headquarters lease for another 10 years for 66,684 square feet of space at 1 Whitehall Street building owned by Rudin Family.
The firm is occupying the fourth, fifth and sixth floors of the building for an undisclosed rent. However, the lower floors could fetch rents up to $35 per square foot.
