NEW YORK CITY-The Consulate General of Honduras is moving from its current location at 144 W. 37th St. to a two-level space at 255 West 36th St. The Consulate has leased 3,500 square feet of retail space that includes 2,000 square feet on the ground floor and 1,500 square feet on the mezzanine floor. The asking rent was $60 per square foot for the ground floor.
