Michael Fetherston of Konover South represented the owner in-house in the transaction. Tenants including TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Office Depot, KFC, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Rack Room Shoes, Jaymar, Petco and Learning Express occupy space in the retail center.
