Seminar Overview:
Marc Spector, AIA, NCARB, a principal at the Spector Group, a leading New York-based international architecture, master planning and design firm, is a featured presenter at the "Market Forces Driving Repositioning" seminar. As part of the day-long conference entitled "Real Estate Repositioning: A Strategy for the New Economy," the presentation will provide building owners and managers with a practical guide to the design, financing and implementation of programs to increase asset value through repositioning existing buildings. Spector will discuss large corporate tenant issues, adaptive reuse and commercial/residential conversions.
Other panelists include Dennis Friedrich, president and CEO, US Commercial Operations at Brookfield Office Properties; Ray Quantararo, international director at Jones Lang LaSalle; and Thomas Vecchione, principal/design director at Gensler. Kenneth M. Block, Esq., partner at Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP will moderate.
