SAN DIEGO-Thunderbird Resorts is moving from its current space on Dearborn Place to a new location in November.
Thunderbird Resorts has bought a building measuring 8,025 square feet at 12255 Parkway Centre Drive in Poway from San Diego Employers Association for an amount of $1.6 million. The building contains a training room, 40 parking spaces and a large reception. Cushman & Wakefield's James Duncan and Mickey Morera represented both the seller and the buyer.
