NEW YORK CITY-The ticketing division of Shubert Organization that includes Telecharge.com is moving from a smaller space on W. 42nd St. to a larger office on 520 Eighth Ave. The firm has leased 20,738 square feet of space in the 755,000-square-foot building from Newmark Holdings. The asking rent was $32 per square foot.
The ticketing division will occupy the 11th floor of the 25-story building. Newmark Knight Frank represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction. For the full story, go to New York Post.
