SAN DIEGO-Silicon Valley-based Altera Corp., a technology firm, has leased an office space measuring 10,724 square feet in the Sorrento South Corporate Center from TRIZEC Sorrento Towers LLC for $1.9 million. The lease agreement was signed for six years.
The leased office space is located at 9330 Scranton Road, Suite 400 in San Diego. In the transaction, Cushman & Wakefield's Christopher P. High and Eric A.
