ORLANDO-CAPREIT has sold Sundance apartment, a 300-unit community, situated on Johns Lake Road in Clermont to Sundance Clermont, LLC for a total amount of $23.6 million.
The Sundance apartment community, which was built in 2002, is currently 96% occupied. Hendricks & Partners' Cole Whitaker who heads the company's Southeast Division, which includes Florida, negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
