SAN DIEGO-A private, multi-housing investor, Deborah Brant has sold the Hillcrest Place apartments, a 41-unit apartment complex located at 3955 Seventh Ave. in Hillcrest for $5,345,000 to Seattle-based Curtis Capital Group LLC.
The two-story building includes 20 single-bedroom units, 2 double-bedroom units, a 19,410-square-foot rentable space and a unit with 19 studios.
